  Well everyone this is the first time I ever been to Topgolf and me and my friends Dominic and Kassidy both came with me and they enjoyed it, I will be back in the future even though it’s pricey for the money but it’s half off Monday-Thursday afternoon which is good considering I wouldn’t spend that much money like that very often and the food is definitely better than Dave and Busters it’s like Red Robin quality for far as burgers go and the fries are good and unique in there own way! 😁

  1 Star Review – Extremely Disappointed in the Service and Management I’m very disappointed with my experience at Topgolf Panama City. The service was absolutely awful from start to finish. Our server, Shamoya, was inattentive and unprofessional — we didn’t even know her name until the entire situation escalated and we had to ask for a manager. As someone who has worked in management and customer service for years, I was shocked at how poorly the situation was handled. The female manager who came over was completely unapologetic, unprofessional, and lacked basic empathy. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the issue, she immediately accused our group of being disrespectful and cursing at staff — which was absolutely untrue. We were treated as if we were the problem when all we wanted was decent service and communication. It’s especially disappointing because we’re locals and were genuinely excited about having Topgolf open here in Panama City. Unfortunately, this experience left a really bad impression. I hope upper management takes this feedback seriously because the current level of service and professionalism is far below what’s expected from a brand like Topgolf.

  Where do we even begin? We spoke with the manager and felt it was important to share— EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW! This is the guy you want helping you! We’re from Texas and big fans of Top-golf, but this was by far the best experience we've ever had! Robert Garcia was our Serving Pro—and let me tell you, this guy was AWESOME. My husband, brother, and brother-in-law all said that next time we come back, he's the only one they're asking for. Robert knew his job inside and out. He had the best personality, a real "guys' guy," and you could tell he was an athlete. He knew the sport and was able to hold a great conversation. He made the whole night fun, smooth, and unforgettable. You don’t come across people like him very often. All of us lady's said this guy made us feel like family! Even my husband—who’s usually a tough critic—won’t stop raving about the night we had. We’re already back home, and he’s still talking about it. He even said, “If that guy ever needs a job, I’d hire him in a second.” Topgolf, you are lucky to have him. It’s always easier to leave a complaint than a compliment, but this time we had to say something. Robert Garcia is a classy dude and truly made our vacation. Thank you, Robert, for giving us a night to remember!

  Very fun place! This was my first time in a Top Golf and we had a large party, roughly 16 people. The games were fun and the food was excellent! However, our server was kind of wacky and she didn’t seem all there that night. She kept forgetting our drinks, I kept having to chase her down and remind her each time. They were very busy and I’m patient guy so I still give it 4 stars, if the service was on par, could have easily been a 5 star experience. Either way, I’ll certainly be back and maybe next time I’ll get that 5 star service!

  This establishment is awful. Our family enjoys top golf however this one in PCB is fairly new and needs management terribly. We waited 45 min at a table and finally asked someone walking by if we could order. The drinks came 1 hour later. We were told they were “out of buns” so could not bring us the appetizer platter with the sliders on them but could substitute so we did. Once the substitution arrived we were told the remainder of the platter was canceled. 30 minutes later the items that were originally in the platter arrived but we still had to ask for silverware and the drinks that never arrived. We are here to celebrate my son in laws birthday and there was a lengthy wait. We didn’t mind as we thought we would just eat prior and have a few drinks. This was a huge mistake. I would not recommend coming here unless they get this service and management quickly turned around.
