    Well, I’m guessing it’s a good time if you want to drink and swat golf balls. If you want to actually “practice” golf, Driver in particular, don’t come here. They are not equipped for that.

    First time at Top Golf recently and it went pretty great! We technically went twice, once on a Saturday night and once Sunday morning. On Saturday, it was very busy and our wait time was forever so after going over to the mall to waste some time, we gave up and just left. It was an hour and a half wait and it still wasn't ready when they said it would be. We went around 9:15 Sunday morning and there was hardly anyone there, so they fit us right in. We were on the second floor and had some space to ourselves for at least 15 minutes or so. Had such a fun time and would go back, but I definitely will try to avoid a busy time of day next time.

    I’ve been to this location several times, but the last few visits have been disappointing. The service has become inconsistent and unorganized. Even on a slower weekday, we waited far too long and they did not seem to be understaffed. Many staff members standing around, without helping guests. We had to ask multiple times for our drinks or follow up on our check. Our bay wasn’t working properly, and we lost playing time with little urgency from staff to fix it. Unfortunately, the overall experience has really gone downhill from what it used to be.

    The front staff needs reeducated. Before we made our reservation my husband called to ask if we could have a bay on the first floor, we were told we could we just had arrive 30mins early. We arrived thirty mins early told them we wanted a bay on the first floor they said sure no problem wait at the bar and someone will get you. When our time was ready we got a text saying our bay was on the third floor, when we asked the front staff why we were assigned to the third floor when we were told we could have a first floor they looked confused then went and talked to someone else who said oh the first floor is closed. We would have not gotten there thirty mins early then had our time amount decreased since it took the front staff forever to figure out what was going on. For the price you pay you’d think they have people working who give correct information.
