We had such a great experience at Topgolf! Jasmine, one of the managers, was incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. We came to her with a mild issue, and she handled it immediately and resolved everything seamlessly. Her attentiveness truly made our visit enjoyable. Thank you, Jasmine, for your amazing customer service, we can’t wait to come back! Side Bar- buffalo dip was REALLY good !

I celebrated a milestone birthday with my friend group and had never been there before so was a bit unsure if our age group would have fun. From our first interaction to our last was excellent. The front desk was welcoming and friendly. The bartender was terrific and our server just as good and made sure we had the very best time. The manager (Christian) runs such a great place and went out of his was to ensure we were taken care of. He stopped over several times to make sure we were having fun and to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Outstanding!!! We will definitely be back!

Topgolf Edison offers a fantastic blend of fun and competition. The interactive games cater to all skill levels, and the rooftop terrace provides a great spot to relax. While it can get busy, especially on weekends, reserving a bay ensures a smooth experience. Highly recommended for group outings or casual play.
Came here for my boyfriend’s birthday yesterday, on the website it says that we are able to walk in. Upon walking in, we were informed that the wait time would be about two hours, we figured it would be best to sit by the bar, until the rest of our party came. We ordered drinks, and after about 30 minutes, we had a different waiter. We ordered food as well. Our drinks came, after waiting for about an hour, we received a text that our bay would be ready for us to play, but our food still hasn’t came. At this point, everyone in our party arrived and received the drinks. The waiter asked more than twice if we wanted the bill, or if we wanted to close the tab, even placing utensils on the table, knowing that our food did not come. Upon receiving the check, we took note that the waiter decided to still charge us for food that we never received. He said he would go to the kitchen and tell them to cancel the food, I saw him go to another table. The other waiter that we had, arrived with the food after about 10 minutes after we complained. He asked us, “do you want the food or not” to which we said more than once we did not want the food as we were waiting 1.5 hours at this point. Him nor his manager issued an apology for the horrible customer service we received. I do not recommend coming to this place.
Food service is hit or miss; waitstaff are largely inaccessible, decent chance of not having utensils unless explicitly requested. Service to bays usually takes around 20-30 minutes or more, depending on how busy the venue is. Order everything at once. Once it arrives, however, the food is quite good and served at proper temperature.
Aside from dining service issues, the venue itself is generally clean, heated in the winter, and offers plenty of parking.
