  Very cool place, expensive, but for a good active fun outing it is very cool. Food was great staff was friendly.

  My first time and won’t be the last! Staff and service was phenomenal. Stephen Hood was very helpful in extending our time and Hailey was our server and was very attentive. All in all great experience with my cousins!

  Bar service was absolutely awful! Bartender was a snide lil priss who was expressive about her lack of attention being due to “job security” or whatever that means! Next time I’ll get a drink before I come!😮‍💨

  To say that I'm frustrated with the lack of customer service and professionalism from the management team is a complete understatement. On September 16 I had a reservation for 4 people for two hours of golf. We golf our two hours and have a good time. I paid for my visit (about 230 dollars), got a confirmation and begin to walk out with my colleagues. As I'm walkIng out the door, my server runs up and stops me, telling me she cant find my payment (that we both saw had been accepted) and that our tab was still open. They get two managers involved, neither of which are able to find the transaction on their system despite me showing them on my account the full payment had been processed. The managers insisted I provide another method of payment and that the first charge would be cleared. As I've already been embarrassed in front of my colleagues, I provided another card and was charged again. The manager (Nick Serwo) left me his card and assured me that if both payments processed that he would be able to help me get this fixed. I gave it a week, and both payments were processed. I called and left Nick a message, as well as leaving a detailed email to get this addressed. He never responded to my attempts to get this addressed. I called Top Golf and was answered by a customer service specialist. She tried to call the KoP store......... they didnt answer. So the "best she could do was email the management team there." This was completely unacceptable to me, so I pressed and she told me her supervisor would be there in 20 min (11am) and that the second they clocked in would be giving me a call. Its 11:45 and I havent heard from anyone. How on earth is a company as large as Top Golf not able effectively handle guest issues, especially something as simple as a guest refund? How are we allowing managers to simply not respond to guests with issues and complants? Misses from top to bottom here. I need this issue resolved immediately at this point. Id appreciate if anyone that can actually do something to help me would give me a call.

  This is a nice place for individuals or gatherings. Golf can be played in the allotted zone and time only. Easy to access and setup the game. Clear instructions were available at each zone. The zone numbers changes colors in Red, Yellow, Green based on the time left. Each zone has a table to sit and enjoy the drink and food. Table service is available. Once the allotted time is over, the zone can't be used. In case of any left over food or drinks, there is common lobby where we can sit and enjoy. Music is played always including restrooms. Restrooms were clearly labeled and well maintained. Golf can only be played from 2nd floor which can reached by lift or stairs. This is interesting place and attracts plenty of crowd. Food is not that good. The taste also not that good but can enjoy with group.
