I visited this location on Saturday 10/4/25 at around 9pm. We did not have an online reservation, but was able to get a bay walking in. When my party walked to the designated bay, the area was dirty. We spoke with a manager in a red shirt, and he advised us to wait in the common area (bar area) and he would come get us once the area was cleaned. 25 minutes passed, and no one came and got us. At that point, we spoke to the bartender and explained our issue. He advised us to speak with a manager in a red shirt. We explained that the red shirt manager is the one who told us where to wait. I then looked out the door where the bays are located, and the first manager was seen at a different bay, seemingly having a great time with other patrons. Then another red shirt manager came and we had to explain the issue again. At this point, my party was ready to go. The first red shirt manager, then came back and begrudging handed us some $15.00 off passes, that have to be used before the end of October. Now I have visited this location more than once, never had this issue. I generally go during the week and it's day time, but still... I don't take joy in giving a bad review, but this manager should have called off... If he didn't want to be helpful. Thanks!

Can I give negative stars? We came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and reserved two bays under separate names, planning ahead to ensure our group could play together. We even arrived early and politely requested to have the two bays side by side. Instead of helping, the front desk gave us constant pushback. We waited 15 minutes past our reservation time, only to be told we should cancel one bay and squeeze 12 people into one bay with just six allowed to play- completely unreasonable. After insisting, we were finally assigned two bays far apart, even though there were multiple open bays adjacent to ours. When we brought this up with the manager in a red shirt, he dismissed us instantly without checking availability, saying they were “too busy” despite our confirmed reservations. His demeanor was condescending, disrespectful, and carried a racially charged undertone, especially when he smirked and said, “I’m trying to make this a good day for you.” We eventually agreed to move to the first floor, where he claimed two adjacent bays were open- but that level had no service, and we’d need to walk upstairs for drinks. To make things worse, our 90-minute reservation only showed 45 minutes of game time, and management refused to correct it. What was meant to be a fun birthday celebration turned into a stressful, frustrating experience. Completely unprofessional handling, poor customer service, and zero accountability. Waste of time and money. Topgolf, you ruined what should have been a great night.

I had a very concerning experience with Topgolf’s website and customer service. When I went to reserve a bay online, I entered my phone number and paid — but then noticed the system had automatically populated an email and name of a person I do not know. That means someone else’s information is tied to my number, which is a serious identity theft risk. I immediately called Topgolf to fix this. Instead of handling it properly, I was told by an associate named Mona to “just go into the location and update it on their computers.” If I am paying my money, why is it my responsibility to fix their flawed system? Why can’t they clear my number from the system so I can create an account correctly and securely? When I asked for a manager, I spoke with Elizabeth, who made dismissive remarks and claimed “it wasn’t a reservation.” Clearly, she wasn’t listening, because my number being tied to a stranger’s email is the very issue. The fact that management brushed it off instead of taking the situation seriously is unacceptable. For the record, I have the entire call recorded, which confirms the lack of professionalism and the dismissive attitude I was met with. This isn’t just about bad customer service — this is about data protection and identity safety. Topgolf should take this seriously, not make excuses. Until they fix their system and train staff to handle sensitive customer data responsibly, I would strongly caution others about trusting their personal information with Topgolf.

Visited for the first time Saturday night with My Husband and a couple of friends. We had a few hiccups during our visit, and I asked to speak to a manager and Cayse came by. He listened to me and addressed all of our concerns, professionally, but also empathetically. He really took the time to listen to me and understand my frustrations. He totally turned our visit around and was responsible for us continuing to have a great night full of fun. I appreciated that very much, and for that alone, we will be back. A sidenote- the food and drink drinks are very good!
