    I loved our server, Joselyn. Best service I've had at any Top Golf location. Maybe even just in general around L.A. 👌🏾 I hope we get her every time we come back!

    Honestly, this place SHOULD be so fun. It’s run by truly poorly trained people with even worse trained managers. Clearly ownership is not placing proper thought into the actual vibe or experience here. They just want drunk people to roll through, drop cash and they don’t care if you come back. We’ve been twice and both times we were disappointed at strange management choices as well as the type people that were there. The first time we went at night and there was armed security at the door which is fine, but definitely telling in the chill suburb coastal area it’s located. The food and drinks were straight bad and so overpriced. The people were super intoxicated and obnoxious. We gave it a second try during the day, which we’d heard was less rowdy. This was the nail in the coffin. We took my son and in-laws and were placed between two drunk parties. All fine until one party started playing SO badly that we were literally almost hit 4 times by the people next to us hitting their balls so poorly they came BACK INSIDE. One ball nicked my mother in laws arm. And frankly it made our experience stressful and obviously not fun. I asked the server and then the manager to please move us as there were 3 open pods at the end of the gallery on our floor away from the problem party next to us and not only did they refuse, but they were incredibly rude. I asked to please speak to someone higher or just have a refund at that point and they refused that too. Needless to say we haven’t been back. It’s really too bad as we love golf and live nearby. This could have been a fun place for us to frequent. Don’t waste your money.

    The golf is a lot of fun. But sneaky, small print charges added 30% to the cost. The whole place is designed by corporate to extract more money rather than offer a simple after school practice for a kid.

    I had a company event there on 8/15/2025. We had a bad experience. The service was awful. For our 2 hour event, I had to chase down our "designated server" 4 times. YES, 4 TIMES!!! There were barley any other guests there, large majority of the golf bays were empty. There was NO reason why we received terrible service. When I purchased the event package, since it was a large group, gratuity was included. Perhaps because we "pre-tipped" we got atrocious service? This is very distressing. The top golf event planner who helped me coordinate the event did not follow up directly with me. There was only a generic, computer generated survey sent to me after the event. Again, horrible customer service. Top Golf does not understand how to treat the individuals who attend their events, nor the individuals who plan the events. I would never hold another company event there, let alone recommend Top Golf to anyone who must plan their event. Overall it was a highly disappointing experience. UPATE: 10/2/25 On 9/29/25 I was told the Director of Sales, Amber Stocky would reach out to me regarding the horrible customer service I received. I have not heard from her. This is another example of the shameful customer service from Top Golf.
