  I had a not so great experience during my visit on Sept 23, our bay was delayed, and the system froze mid game, with no acknowledgment afterward. When I visited again recently, I spoke with the manager, Nate, to share that feedback. He patiently listened, sincerely apologized, and went out of his way to make things right, even helping us move to a better bay. Really appreciate Nate’s professionalism and how he handled the situation. He turned a disappointing experience into a positive one. Great customer service!

  Went with our kids on a Saturday afternoon, had a great time. Got a reservation so we didn't have to wait. Love the different games and the music and atmosphere were great! Service was fantastic. Burgers were over the top salty, even my son didn't finish his because it was so salty, but otherwise an awesome experience!

  my team and i came here to support the seekonk cheerleaders fundraiser. we ordered 5 cookie skillets, one came out, and then for an HOUR straight we had to keep going back and complaining because we waited for the other ones. the woman with red hair and the tom brady jersey was giving us attitude throughout the whole process when all we wanted was our cookie skillets. then finally after an hour and a half we got them, and no offer for refund. i really was having a good time before this but this made me sad and not have a good experience. the same woman also messed up the check we split and she made my friend pay 40 and my other friend 10 instead of splitting it correctly.

  Arrived at 11:00. Stayed until 1:00. Felt like they wanted to push us out the door the minute we got in. If you don't like a job where you have to stay open until 1:00 and then clean and then go home, that's your problem, not mine.... Also ask for a beer at 12:20 because I knew closing time was coming. They lied and told me the bar was closed and then 20 minutes later I hear last call still continue to stay till 1:00 because you don't have the right to push me out

  I ordered a burger with a vegetarian patty and they took the time to come out of the kitchen to ask if I still wanted bacon on it. I appreciate things like that!
