  I had such an amazing experience at this event held by a vendor at Top Golf, the service was truly top-notch. Kadi and Kodi were incredibly attentive and personable the entire time, making sure every detail was taken care of with a smile. I also really appreciated Jersey the manager stopping by to check in and ensure everything was perfect that extra touch went a long way. Overall, the whole team went above and beyond, and it made the night that much more enjoyable!

  Let me just say… Kadi, Jody, and Jersey (the manager) absolutely CRUSHED it. From the moment we got there, the vibe was on point — friendly faces, fast service, and genuine energy that made the whole experience unforgettable. Kadi was an absolute gem — super sweet, on top of everything, and made sure our group had exactly what we needed the entire time. Kody had that perfect mix of chill and fun energy — super easy to talk to, quick with the drinks, and just made the whole night flow perfectly. And Jersey? Total boss energy. You can tell he runs that place with pride — professional, approachable, and clearly someone who cares about both his team and the guests. Everything — and I mean everything — was a solid 10 out of 10. From the food, the service, the atmosphere, to the genuine hospitality, it was a straight-up vibe. Topgolf Fort Myers, take notes: this team is the definition of what excellent service looks like. Kadi, Kody, and Jersey deserve ALL the recognition — they’re the reason I’ll be back. 🙌 🔥

  We had a great time today at top golf. Elizabeth was our server/bartender and she was amazing. We loved her energy. She was always checking on us. We also just got married and she made us feel so special. We can not rave enough about her and the top golf team. Next time you go please ask for Elizabeth.

  Over all fun and tiring experience. We were there for a team building activity that included breakfast buffet and beverages for the company I work for. The company paid so I don't know how much it costs

  We both love Topgolf and normally have great service here—that’s why we wouldn’t rate it lower than three stars. However, during our recent visit we arrived early and were the only ones there to watch the Auburn–Texas A&M game. Despite so many TVs available, the game we were watching was turned off twice—once early on and again with only two minutes left as Auburn was about to score. Staff kept passing the issue around, saying someone else had control of the TV, and no one actually resolved it. We unfortunately missed the end of the game. We still enjoy Topgolf and hope this was just a one-off situation, but it was definitely disappointing.
