We had a blast during our visit to TopGolf. We went on a Sunday evening. Making reservations online is easy! The food was delicious. We tried the “Sunday Favs Platter” and it was perfect for 2 people. We had plenty leftover so it would easily feed 3 and a good deal for $40. Our server was Marsh and she was wonderful. Of course we had a blast playing the golf games. I love this spot. It’s always a good vibe with music playing. Very chill and relaxed location. Bar area was spacious and had super comfortable seats. Great for watching sports. Go check them out!

The experience was appalling. Our server explained it “was a slow night and she has been taking shots”, to return inebriated or forgetful.. “ “what did you all need again?” She took the order - I ordered a souvenir drink. as we waited for nearly an hour for our food … “we only have 2 cooks in the back”. I explained I didn’t get my souvenir - she goes to the back, later returns, “ we don’t have anymore”. The server states, “ if you are going to tip me, do it in cash! ( audacity) So ultimately I paid for cold, late food. No souvenir- I didn’t even really drink more than the “souvenir” !!) We were compensated 30 minutes extended time. We paid $232.00. Spoke with the manager, “hopefully you’ll have a better experience, next time?.. Next time- was so arrogant.

I visited Topgolf Midtown yesterday for a birthday celebration and arrived about 30 minutes early. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The light-skinned male at the front was very dry and seemed uninterested in offering any assistance. I was directed to the bar, where a darker-skinned male bartender was making drinks but made no effort to acknowledge or assist me either. It took about 30 minutes before I finally received a drink — thankfully, a friendly female staff member stepped in to help. She was the only person who seemed genuinely attentive and even encouraged the team to sing “Happy Birthday” for other guests. I never met a server during my visit and had to order all of my food at the bar. To make things worse, someone ended up throwing my food away without checking with me first. Overall, my experience at Topgolf Midtown was disappointing and lacked the level of hospitality I expected. I don’t plan to visit this location again, but I may consider trying another city’s Topgolf in the future.

disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I checked in at the front desk and was told the wait would be about 20 minutes. The gentleman assisting me took my phone number for updates. However, after waiting 40 minutes with no text or call, I approached the desk again. A different employee told me, “Oh, you can go to bay 213,” implying that our bay may have been ready for some time. There was no communication or apology for the extended wait. When we arrived at bay 213, another group was already there. I found a server who asked the couple to leave, but the table was still dirty. She didn’t offer to clean it, and I had to wait until she returned about five minutes later to request that she wipe it down. She then informed me she was ending her shift and that our new server would be Diamond. I mentioned that I had already ordered food from the bar due to the long wait. She said if it didn’t arrive in 15 minutes to let her know. When the food came, it was potato wedges instead of the popper dip I thought I had ordered. Realizing it was my mistake, I decided to keep the wedges but after trying one, I found they were undercooked. I informed the server, and a manager came over. Instead of apologizing, he stared at me as if I was the issue. I requested to order the popper dip instead, but after 40 minutes, it never arrived, and our bay time ended. I asked another server for help since Diamond never returned until that moment. Again, there was no apology she simply said she’d get the manager. When the manager came back, there was still no apology. He asked, “Do you have your receipt?” I hadn’t received one but showed him the charge from my phone. He couldn’t locate my bill, and after several minutes of confusion, I ended up paying cash (minus the amount of the food) just to be done with the entire situation. Overall, the experience was poorly managed from beginning to end. long waits, lack of communication, undercooked food, and zero accountability or courtesy from staff or management.

This was honestly the worst Topgolf experience I’ve ever had. We booked our bay for 12:10, but when we arrived, it wasn’t even ready. Our waiter showed up 5–10 minutes later, brought waters, and took our appetizer order — then completely disappeared. The timer on our screen showed 1 hour and 15 minutes left when we ordered, but by the time I finally had to get a manager involved, we only had 30 minutes left. Our food didn’t arrive until after our time was already up. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. For the price you pay at Topgolf, the service should be much better. This location really needs to work on organization, communication, and basic customer care.
