  Made a reservation online, they were quick to get our bay ready even though we were 10 mins early. Our server was great and quick to help with everything we needed. Quick service and drinks!

  After my party left I wanted to order to go food(Nachos) Bar guy says sorry we don’t sale that anymore what you just ate with your party to go .I literally just had a party Trey side of nachos wanted some of my own without multiple hands & less Flies in it Bar guy red Jacket (Black) sent me on my way inside the bay was cool should of asked for assistance from the guy who actually helped us we even straighten up our table plus tipped outside service good inside horrible wasn’t even busy but acted bothered

  First time here. To play each player needs to enter Name, Email, Phone Number and Zip Code. Looks like a Data Mining operation to me. Why do I need to put in all that information to hit golf balls? Does Topgolf then sell my information? Golf clubs are shoddy with broken grips. Balls are well used. Bar was not attended so I had to wait until the bartender returned. Asked for a receipt for a beer. No details on the tax breakdown for the sale. Aside from that the bathrooms were clean and the facility was clean. Not interested in returning.

  Okay sooo, while there were some issues with the food Blake, Keegan and Mason went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things right. We NEVER complained not once and THEY took the initiative to fix everything. Proof if you just have patience and understanding the staff WILL take care of you and fix mistakes you dont have to be hostile or rude. THEY DEFINITELY MADE THIS CELEBRATION AT TOP GOLF WORTH IT!!! we will be back and always appreciate what they did for us tonight. THANK YOU!!

  We had two lanes booked together from 6pm to 8pm on Saturday Sept 20th 2025. When we arrived the tables were dirty, one of the members with is told the waitress and they only got cleaned because a member of our group cleaned them with wipes. Then two of the clubs I wanted to use grips were in shambles. When I finally seen the waitress she said I'll bring you new ones, it was about 20 min later. She brought left handed clubs it was another 15 or 20 min before I seen her again to tell her then another wait of course. There were mix ups with drinks and food being given to the wrong people in our group. We were out celebrating 2 from our groups birthdays. Over priced, not clean and very poor service 😢 also the game displays on one lane were filthy.
