  It was my first time visiting, and honestly, I was really looking forward to it—but the experience turned out to be quite disappointing. To start with something positive, I think the price is fair and reasonable. However, the service could use some improvement: the chicken wings took quite a long time to arrive, and my drinks were served incorrectly twice during the play. What bothered me the most, though, were the management issues. I was seated between two large groups. The group on my left had a lot of people, and their trash kept flying into our area. I understand it was a windy day, but no staff came by to either remind them to pick up their trash or to clean up the debris that wasn’t ours, which really affected the experience. Secondly, the woman from the couple on my right often ignored the rule that only one person is allowed to stand inside the red line. She repeatedly stepped into our area, and again, no staff came to correct or manage the situation. Overall, I think the management needs to pay more attention to maintaining order and ensuring that all guests can enjoy their time equally.

  Played for 90 minutes with 3 people. The appetizers were good and we had a wonderful time! First time playing at top golf and I'd like to come back soon

  Phone said no wait, website said no wait, couldn’t get a real person on the phone. Rolled the dice and showed up on a Saturday afternoon, 2.5 hour wait! Waste of time

  Disappointing Experience Despite Prior Loyalty I’ve been a top‑tier member for years, visiting locations across the country to entertain clients and host events. This visit started well, but quickly deteriorated. Our group of nine was told by a manager that we exceeded the “safety limit” for a bay and that at least one person would need to remain inside while we rotated. We complied. Minutes later, a much larger group—nearly triple our size—occupied two bays without issue. When I asked why their numbers didn’t pose the same safety concern, I was told they were an “event.” No explanation was given for why that eliminated the supposed safety risk. I had brought consultants and clients to introduce them to the experience, with the intention of booking future large events. Instead, the treatment felt unprofessional and discriminatory. Service compounded the problem. We ordered five appetizers, several cocktails, and ten entrées. 3 of the entrées arrived first, the appetizers and the rest of the meals arrived 20 minutes later after repeated inquiries. We had to request napkins, silverware(2), and salad dressing(3) multiple times. The appetizers were lukewarm and dried out, clearly left under a heat lamp. The facility itself is clean, attractive, and well‑maintained, with smooth check‑in and ample parking. Unfortunately, the way our diverse group was handled overshadowed those positives. Based on this experience, we will be seeking another venue for future events.
