  I was going out of town and needed someplace to board my extremely nervous Australian shepherd for the week. They were very quick to respond to any and all of my daily emails for an update on how he was doing and quickly put my mind at ease. We will definitely be back any other time that I need to board my fur baby!

  First time ever boarding. Boarded Meatball for a week after a search for the best boarding facility in/around Charlotte. This place was a 50 minute detour for me and worth it. He was returned to me clean, nails trimmed, happy, relaxed, and adorable. They loved him and it seems like he had a good time. Thank you so much!

  Brought our new puppy here when we were headed out of town. They were great. Wonderful communication. Our dog seemed relaxed and happy when we picked her up.
