  So impressed! Trent, Creed, and Sawyer, our technicians, came today to assess our dryer vent and gas logs. We had just moved in our new home, and they were able to get to us quickly. The communication was incredible…from the text letting us know they were on their way to a comprehensive assessment of our home…amazing! They cleaned our gas logs and fixed the remote starter. Most importantly, they found that our dryer vent was not done correctly…it’s now more efficient. I feel more secure knowing the pride they take in their work and how professional they are. They have a loyal customer in me!

  We just moved into a new home and had Top Hat Chimney Sweep come out to clean and repair our dryer vent and service our gas logs—and they were fantastic from start to finish. Our technicians, Trent, Sawyer, and Creed, were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, made sure the work was done safely and thoroughly, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Our dryer is working more efficiently now, and the gas logs look and operate like new. It’s clear these guys take pride in their work, and it gave us total peace of mind. We highly recommend Top Hat Chimney Sweep and especially appreciate the excellent service from Trent, Sawyer, and Creed!
