- VJVielka JenkinsOct 8, 20253.0Today, I called and left a message at the Roswell location in regards to whether or not anyone found a pink water bottle? The water bottle belongs to my fur baby. No one returned my phone call so I decided later to drive over and inquire about the water bottle. Well, I don't know if the mature lady is the owner or not? However, she rudely told me no water bottle was found. I should have addressed the way I was treated then and there, but backed off. There were others in the store and I didn't want to have a confrontation.The fact is no one returned my phone call. I would not have wasted gas and time going there if someone did. Also, I can't "contact" you because the contact form does not work no matter how many times I click on "I'm not a robot!" The young ones who work there have a pleasant attitude, but the mature lady not so. She has walked around with a frown the two times I have seen her there. Needless to say, I'm going to think twice before going back. I have other options closer.

The shop is beautiful — so many unique treats, toys, and accessories that you just don’t see everywhere else. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming to both of us. They made Paxil feel right at home (and maybe a little too confident about picking out his own toys 🐾). You can tell they genuinely care about the pets and people who walk through their door. We’ll definitely be back — and let’s just say, someone is going to be very spoiled this Christmas
