  Top Dog sanctions a pet adoption from another vendor but it is a direct reflection on their business. The adoption rep did everything possible to talk me out of getting the dog I wanted. She said the dog was too playful for me and I wouldn’t be able to handle her. I had $500.00 in my pocket ready to give a dog a lovely home after I lost my dog to heart disease. I’ll NEVER frequent this store again.

  After shopping here for over 15 years I never ever expected to leave a bad review but the way the staff acts is just not okay at all. Some are wonderful and so helpful but today Keisha and another woman (curly red hair) who rarely speaks was just straight up rude. My husband and I and our two young boys frequent here often- especially when our boy Abe was really sick with cancer. I noticed a few times they would have attitudes but just tried to ignore it. Today we were excited to bring our sweet rescued 5 month old boy that we’ve only had a week. He had two accidents and they acted extremely annoyed and said nothing just handed my husband over the paper towels and spray. They also were not helpful with helping to find a good food and were just wanting to get out of there. (We got there an hour before they closed🙃) I guess people just think they can behave however and nothing ever be said but that’s not how a business operates. We will return to the Barrett one as they are always kind, empathetic and welcoming.

  Excellent selections for picky eater. The staff assisted and continues to help identify foods for our difficult pup, Best pet shop in the area!

  Very clean and charming store. Being an animal lover and soon to be professional dog trainer, I loved to see the healthy dog food options they had. They were also very kind and informative. Good prices and very good customer service!
