  Great experience shopping at the store. The staff was extremely patient while i was shopping Cricket items for my grandson. Highly recommend the store.

  I had one of the most frustrating shopping experiences with TopCricket. I purchased a Yonex Nanoflare 001 Clear and reached out with two simple questions: whether the string tension would be adjusted to my requested specs and if the racket came with a full cover. I was initially told yes, but later received a call saying it would not. On top of that, the staff kept trying to push additional products instead of answering my questions. Because of the lack of clarity and poor service, I decided to cancel my order and buy directly from Yonex. However, instead of processing my cancellation, they stopped responding then suddenly shipped the order, claiming it was “too late” to cancel. When I called to clarify, the representative was rude and dismissive, even saying, “What do you not understand?” when all I wanted was a update. It will cost $12 to return the racquet which is 25% of the cost of the racquet. That’s also ridiculous. I will not recommend this company to anybody, just buy from yonex or other authorized retailers.

  Excellent Service and Great Collection! I had a great experience at this cricket store. They did an excellent job applying the toe guard on my bat — really neat and professional work. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process, which I really appreciated. They also have an impressive collection of bats, gear, and accessories for all levels of players. Overall, their attention to detail and customer service made the visit totally worth it. Highly recommend this store to any cricket enthusiast!

  Shruti helped us to pick the right cricket gear for my 8 year old. Great inventory and you will find right size for the kids. Thanks topcricket
