  Jesus came out to replace our leaking water heater after I called in over the weekend. It wasn't an emergency so we weren't stressed because we didn't have hot water, but they were able to get us in on Monday and got it replaced and it was done way better than it was before. Honestly whoever did the old one, we just bought the house, did a pretty bad job but Jesus came out and now it looks fabulous. We bought a bigger water heater and commercial grade, so hopefully my showers will now stay hot through to the end. He explained that the old one most likely had a bunch of sediment on the bottom because even drained, it was heavier than it should be. He also explained that the elements get corroded and then they don't work correctly, thinking they have heated the water, but have only heated the corrosion around the elements so they don't really heat the water very well. Learned a lot today! Thanks Jesus!

  We had a problem with the sewer system backing up and I called a different company who told me it was due to roots from a tree that was a little too far away from the actual problem. The service technician never even came into the house which made me a little uneasy because he didn't even try to get to the root of the problem.. he basically stated that it had to do with the roots from the tree. He also stated that the work would cost me close to $10,000. I decided to call Tony's plumbing for a second opinion, and that was the beginning of me dealing with Tony's plumbing. They're a family-owned business, and you can tell that they really take pride in being honest and transparent, and treating their customers with kindness and respect. I talked with a young lady named Tori, and she is the sweetest thing. Talking to her made me feel like I was already in the right hands. I think it's very important for someone like Tori to be the face of the company because she left me with such a warm and fuzzy feeling, so the appointment was made for a technician to come out and look at the problem. A young man by the name of Jorge showed up the first time and he ran a camera all the way from the back of the house out to the street and found out that there was a problem, but it had nothing to do with roots. Anyway he came out that first time and snaked the line, and figured out what the problem was. We made another appointment for him to come out and fix the pipe and he also installed new valves on two toilets and three sinks and installed a new toilet today. Tori is wonderful and Jorge is a very nice young man! Overall they're a great company and I will definitely refer anyone seeking their services to Tony's!
