  Just wanted a small pizza with two toppings and Jess at the bar suggested are two slice special that comes with a drink. Gigantic slices, excellent food, premium service, comfortable atmosphere! I really appreciate the customer service I got from Jess at Tony C's on Anderson Lane in Austin Texas! Loveit! It's a true pizzeria.

  Tony C’s has a great vibe on its own, but Jess takes it up a notch. She’s always on point with the recommendations, makes everyone feel welcome, and has that effortless way of keeping the bar lively.

  Jess was awesome. I sat at the bar. Very friendly and took the time to explain the menu. Let me sample a couple drinks before I made my decision. Put the game up that I wanted to watch. Service was great. Pizza and Caesar were wonderful.

  I keep trying to give this place a chance hoping the next time I will have a better experience but it just gets worse and worse. I ordered some fries and a meatball cause I wanted something quick on my lunch break. 30 minutes later my food(just fries and a meatball btw) was still not ready. I kept asking the staff for help but it seems like none of them actually cared to help me. But I did see 2 of them laughing like the whole thing was funny. I kept asking one of the girls if she can check on my fries but she kept walking past me and just ignored me. Mind you the place was near empty so waiting over 30 mins for some fries is kinda crazy. I finally got frustrated and walked up to the kitchen and explained the situation to the expedititor, he looked at me and just said "I just got here" and walked away. Being that I've been a loyal customer to them for months going there almost everyday for my lunch break you would think they would acknowledge that and treat their return customers better smh. But thank you to the sweet girl with the puffy ponytail that actually made an attempt to help me and got me my food. Everyone else you you really need to work on your customer service skills cause that will literally make or break your business
