  Have been to two events recently that hired this company and will start avoiding events that use them. The woman at the opening to the bouncy obstacle at ymca and the same woman at the Skinny Raven event was extremely rude both times. She had my son remove his glasses that have no sharp edges while he had a melt down about it that he would be fine to blind when we have never had an issue before with any bouncy house companies. Also said an extremely autistic child went through earlier, so he should be fine too. She wouldn't stop telling me my youngest(2) should go even though I told her multiple times no, she has medical issues. Tried telling me that stopping medicine stopped her kidney disease, so my daughter should be fine. Who says that? She was very rude about it and would not stop over stepping

  Paid extra for generator that didn’t work most of the event, guests had to keep starting it up until it went completely dead. Bounce house kept falling on kids majority of the time. Kids had to stay out of it for 45 mins while the guy check it. I paid up to 5pm and they game up right at 5 saying time up after all the inconvenience and granted us a whopping 30 mins more! Not even offering a discounted rate due to all this and still paid $200! Oh $50 off next rental. I would never. I will take the L. If ur park don’t have an outlet go with someone else, save yourself the headache. I would’ve respected them more if they would’ve removed even just the charge for the generator. But it’s all good. I took the L on the $200 bc that’s not what it was about! It’s principle!
