He fixed the things that were beyond my skills efficiently with no issue, and made sure I knew what I was doing with the other issues. I appreciated the no pressure attitude and the assurances that help was just a call away if I needed it.
- SCSuhyang CondonSep 22, 20251.0Horrible customer service!!!! We were member service since last winter, technichian came to our house and checked our funace and water systems. The FURNACE TECHNITIAN TOLD us they will call us for our air condotiner check around Apr. So we've waited and never recieved anything. I recieved a text message in september that our appt is cancelled. I called F/W phone call and said we never received any phone calls or text, how we can cancel any appointment. The lady at customer said she called me and left a message in Apr. I told her I never recieved a phone call or a message. She yelled at me that is not her fault and all my fault. She said she is too busy dealing with me because they have 7000 members. She pushed me cancelling memebership and telling me "If you come back, you'll have to pay $100 early cancelling fee!" and hung up on me. I NEVER received this poor customer service in my life with humiliation. Yes, We had been paid membership fees $19.95 every months since last winter. I would rate -100 stars if I can.
