    They knowingly charged me for an interior “climate controlled” unit. When I went to vacate at the end of my term, standing water was in the unit, damaging personal property. They did not try to rectify with a credit back for a month ir two rent, just said to file a claim through my own insurance company. then tried to continue billing me almost $100 per month when my contract had been fully paid for and I vacated prior to end of lease. Poor customer service all around.
