  Just toured the apartments with Dalylah, she was very informative and answered my questions with ease. Made me comfortable and made note of all preferences and comments. Would definitely encourage those interested to take a tour and check out the property!

  From the very first day, my experience here has been awesome! Dalylah in the leasing office has been so friendly and helpful every step of the way - she honestly made moving in so easy and always goes out of her way to help with anything I need. The maintenance team is also amazing. Jacob is great, and Sal also is the absolute best! He’s so kind, super helpful, and always makes sure everything gets taken care of quickly. It really makes such a difference knowing the staff genuinely care about the people who live here. Also, the gym is huge and has lots of equipment to use and the pool and grill area are super comfortable and a nice place to relax! I’m really glad I chose this place - it feels like home thanks to the people who work here!

  I’ve had such a great experience living here! From day one, Dalylah in the leasing office has been so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with everything I’ve needed. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and she’s always kind and quick to respond whenever I have a question. Tarin was amazing too, she is very kind and helped up so much. Maintenance has also been amazing. Sal especially goes above and beyond, he’s incredibly kind, quick to take care of requests, and genuinely makes sure everything is done right and Jacob is always helpful. It’s such a relief living somewhere where the staff truly cares about the residents. Overall, this apartment complex has exceeded my expectations. Between the friendly leasing office and the reliable, caring maintenance team, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!

  I really enjoyed my time at Tomoka Pointe. Management was extremely helpful Dalylah and Kelsey are the best! Maintenance was always friendly and quick, which made living here even better.The amenities were excellent the gym was always clean, the pool area was well maintained, and the property itself offered plenty to do. The neighborhood was also great, with nice walking and biking areas and convenient access to nearby spots. I would have extended my stay if it weren’t for my upstairs night-owl neighbors, who were unfortunately too noisy late into the night, despite my attempts to work things out with both them and management.
