    Great experiences always here. Quick, efficient, and much simpler than other car washes. Best one in BG imo. Always very helpful and offer great deals. Keaton was especially friendly and helpful today.

    The employees at this car wash are PHENOMENAL!! Very kind, no pressure to enroll in any monthly plans, and treated my toddler so well. We went through as a treat, and he loved it so much that we’re gonna have to go through again this afternoon. Glad we enrolled in the monthly, LOL!

    Extremely saddened with my experience at Tommy’s Express Wash. I took my garage kept 2008 Hummer H3 with only 32k miles through the wash on September 13, 2025, and my hood vent was completely torn off during the process. The part was secure and undamaged before entering, yet it detached only after passing through their equipment. I filed a damage claim immediately, but after weeks of waiting, General Manager Justin T. Hubbard denied responsibility—not once, but twice. The reasoning given was that my vehicle was “too old” and that this is a “common issue,” yet no recall or manufacturer documentation exists to support that claim. It’s clear the damage occurred during the wash, and the refusal to take accountability is incredibly disappointing. Oh yeah, i will also show the part of the email where they take responsibility, yet deny the claim. I’ll be posting before and after photos so others can see the damage for themselves. If you care about your vehicle, think twice before trusting this location. I expected integrity and fairness, but instead got excuses and denial.
