  I recently visited Tommy’s Car Wash and was thoroughly impressed! 🌟 The service here is outstanding. The employees are friendly and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable. I especially loved the complimentary air fresheners for my car—what a nice touch! The facility is clean, and they even provide towels for you to wipe down the interior. The prices are very reasonable, especially given the quality of service. Overall, Tommy’s Car Wash is a top-notch choice for anyone looking to keep their car sparkling clean. Highly recommend! 🚗✨

  DO NOT wash your car here, car wash messed up my car and they did nothing about it! Vacuum doesn’t even work well and immediately broke. I definitely don’t recommend this place unless you want a broken car. This was my first time here too. Avoid at all cost!

  No pressure at their vacuum cleaners, I try two spots and same problem!! Good customer service and I like they open early!

  I really wanted to love this location bc it’s conveniently located right outside my subdivision, but after two washes with different vehicles, I’m convinced it’s better suited for standard cars. I really like Tommy’s conveyor belt technology bc it doesn’t scratch up the driver’s side wheels (low profile tires), and they also have some of the strongest vacuums of any carwash in San Antonio. The Alamo Ranch location always offers towels when I pay for the wash, but this location didn’t either time. Today I saw towels out for anyone to grab upon entering the vacuum area. It’s not as personable and welcoming, but the towels were provided. All the staff I interacted with were very nice - no complaints there. My major issue is honestly the wash. This location did a solid job on my car, but missed the mark on my suv. That’s a surprise considering the results I’ve had at Alamo Ranch. I used to frequent that one and have never left disappointed. My suv is black, and today I decided to take it to this location. It’s important to note that the vehicle wasn’t really dirty; it just needed a wash to make it shine (gotta love black cars lol). So I was disappointed to see it covered with spots when I went to vacuum it out. And not just water spots - like spots with buildup. It made me question whether the spot free rinse section of the wash is weak bc it just looked like dirt settled wherever water pushed it (as if it didn’t have the right pressure or volume of water to fully rinse). I also wondered if the conveyor needs to be adjusted bc the dryer section was extremely fast and left me feeling obligated to hand dry it. The rear of my suv looked unwashed all together - just a mess from whatever small amount of water got on it. Makes no sense. How can one location be so good at doing the core task, and this one isn’t? I realize it’s new, but it could use some quality control. OR just disclose that SUVs have varying results. 🤷🏽‍♀️
