  My wife and I walked in on Saturday morning and as soon as we walked in there was an associate pretending to fold clothes that just stared at us awkwardly. She didn’t say anything or make a facial expression... The products were stylish; seemed like the quality I’ve experienced in the past.

  6.30pm. today we selected about $250 worth of clothes and we were going to buy them, We just needed to try it on because we live 4 hours away and we're on our vacations but With an hour and a half left until the store closed, the guys on shift today just said the dressing room was closed, I told them we don't live here and could they please let us in? And they simply said no, and well, they lost the sale. I hope they correct this error.

  Very disappointed about the way my wife was treated during her visit to this location today. My 5 year old son accidentally spilled a cup of water on the floor. Shortly after an employee approached my wife with a mop told my wife to clean it up, a few paper towels would have sufficed. My wife did not appreciate the aggressive attitude and asked to speak with a manager to which the employee replied that she was the manager as she and two other employees laughed. After this they felt the need to critique her vocabulary. Just because someone speaks with an accent and has different colored skin it doesn't justify humiliating someone, immigrant or not. She still spent hundreds of dollars after this because she was buying these items for her sister who lives in a country where they are not so fortunate to have this brand.

  The manager was rude to my mom because she doesn’t speak English. She was also yelling at people.

  Tommy Hilfiger got the best stuff that's why people keep coming back and that's why I keep shopping at the outlet mall cuz I love the store I love Tommy Hilfiger
