I love love love Tommy as a Brand. but the outlet customer service was horrible from the manager on down to employees!!! No one Greets you when you walk in they don’t make you feel welcome so it’s hard to spend your money where you’re not treated with respect. They need to clean house and get people who actually love the brand and will treat the customers with respect!!! Because let’s be honest if it wasn’t for customers they would have No JOBS !!!! Let’s bring back Great Customer Service!!!…
