This is actually a really good store and super helpful as when I first visited I picked 2 hoodies along with other stuff, but when I got back to my hotel I noticed a white hoody I picked had a mark. So I went back and they let me exchange it for another hoody. So huge props to them, thank you guys

The WORST Hilfiger store we’ve ever been to! We’ve been to many of them all over North America! My husband loves the Tommy polo shirts. Like he normally does picked a few to try on. Went to the change room. He was ignored by 3 associates deep in conversation in the back hallway as he walked past looking for an open fitting room. So I asked if one of the associates could please open a fitting room for him. They all just stared at each other. One older lady with short hair reluctantly walked over to open a fitting room. When I went in the fitting room with my husband. She full on had a fit. She stated it’s company policy only one person in the fitting room. My husband explained she’s my wife and she wants to see what the shirt looks like. We closed the door. She started knocking super loud and raising her voice you can’t be in there repeatedly saying it’s company policy. We’ve NEVER heard this before at any other Hilfiger store. Most of the time I go in the change room with him and it’s never been an issue. I was very proud of my husband for keeping his composure with a sales associate that was agitated treating us so rudely for no reason. As I waited for my husband outside of the change room so we could leave. I see her calling other sales associates to come help her! Super absurd behaviour since she was the irrational one making a scene as we stayed calm and were being polite complying with her demands. When we were leaving two associates had come to the change room area blocking the entrance that I had to say excuse me so she would move out of the way so we could leave. Another one was standing close by keeping an eye on us until we left! A very bizarre scene. We felt the harassment of this employee was unacceptable and who knows what she told her coworkers that they were “standing guard”. Needless to say we didn’t buy anything and will NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE. He ended up buying really nice polo shirts at lululemon at a different mall.
