I’ve been a regular customer at this Tommy Hilfiger outlet location, and my experience has been largely positive thanks to one exceptional employee. This review focuses on both the standout service I’ve received and areas where the store could improve.
PARKING
Fair warning, parking here is consistently challenging regardless of when you visit. Whether it’s a holiday, weekend, or weekday, the area stays busy and finding a spot can be tricky. Plan accordingly and give yourself extra time.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Rosa Garcia deserves every bit of praise for her outstanding customer service. She provides an experience that feels like having a personal shopper who genuinely cares about how you look. What sets Rosa apart is her honesty, she’ll tell you straight up if something looks good on you or not, and I’ve learned to trust her judgment completely. Even when I’m unsure about a piece, her approval gives me confidence because I know she wouldn’t mislead me. Despite English not being her first language, communication has never been an issue; her attentiveness and dedication to customer service shine through. She’s always well-dressed and professional, and I’ve noticed she gives the same level of attention to every customer who needs help.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about some of the other staff members. There’s an off-putting vibe from a few other employees that makes me feel somewhat judged, which is disappointing in contrast to Rosa’s welcoming approach.
I only keep coming back to shop here when Rosa is on shift, and I will continue to do so.
ATMOSPHERE
The store itself has a bright, inviting atmosphere that’s pleasant to walk into. I’ve been enjoying the quality pieces I’ve purchased here. The outlet pricing makes it much more affordable for good quality goods.
However, there’s one significant issue: the scented wall plug-ins in the dressing rooms.
These consistently cause me to sneeze and give me headaches where otherwise I have no problems. For an upscale store like this, I’d expect more consideration for customers as these scented plugins aren’t even safe for the general public and would recommend switching to something more natural or simply removing them altogether. If there is a scent issue, it should be dealt with accordingly and not masked with such items.
OVERALL
Rosa Garcia earns 5 stars! She’s the reason I keep coming back.
The store itself gets 3.5-4 stars due to the mixed staff experience and the scent issue in the dressing rooms. If you’re shopping here, definitely seek out Rosa for assistance, you won’t be disappointed.
