  I shopped at Tommy Hilfiger for the first time this past weekend, and got some pretty nice clothing at decent prices. I was surprised with how rude the manager was. I had a 20 percent off coupon that I for for to apply to my purchase. I asked if there could be an adjustment, and she said she couldn't do that. I understood, until she added that she would also not allow me to return any item, and that if I did she would not allow me to buy anything else. I was really shocked and disappointed in the customer service at the Tanger Outlets location in San Marcos, Tx. Won't be shopping there again.
