  But now I must say that when I visited the Tommy Hilfiger store, I was treated very poorly. One of the employees was not willing to help, and when I approached the manager, Mike, he simply gave indifferent answers and said that this is their approach. I did not understand why customers should feel ignored. I hope that these feedbacks will help the store to improve its service and show more attention to customers. Such attitude is unacceptable, and I will definitely share this experience so that others do not respond to such poor service.
