I’ve had enough of being racially profiled every time I walk into Tommy Hilfiger. Literally every visit, as soon as I step in and take a few steps, the security guard—who was just standing by the door—suddenly starts following me or hovering around wherever I go in the store.
It’s obvious, uncomfortable, and honestly insulting. I’m just there to shop like anyone else. I shouldn’t have to feel watched or judged just because of how I look.
Do better. Train your staff and security to treat all customers with respect, not suspicion.

I used to love coming here the clothing selection is still excellent. However, my recent experience with Alexis Lazarte was disappointing. Her attitude came off as unnecessarily sassy and immature, which negatively impacted my visit.

Told me they don’t price match with Tommy Hilfiger official online website even though I’ve shopped here multiple times and they have priced match. Train ur staff please.
