  I went in last Friday, and as I was checking out, this associate (not the one who rang me up) was trying to answer my question with a small talk, but what she was answering was irrelevant to the conversation and somehow felt inappropriate (she said: yeah that cardigan is expensive right now.) Besides that moment, the experience was great, but what she said just diminish the whole experience. Do not try to do small talk if you do not know how.

  My sister forgot her wallet after shopping, and Franklin turned it over to the mall office. Thank you, Franklin!!
