  I tried on an item without knowing it wasn’t allowed, and instead of calmly explaining the policy, the staff reacted in an extremely rude and offensive way. I was harshly told the item would be “thrown in the trash,” which was humiliating and completely uncalled for. There’s no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect over a misunderstanding.

  On the website it says that the store closed at 9pm and I arrived at the store at 8:45pm. So the manager was helping people at the register and he told me that the store is closed, I tell him that I just want to do a return and he was telling me that the store is closed. I tell him that on the web says 9pm, yap but I close at 8:30pm. He seems mad and unhappy, he did help me but with bad attitude even if I said thanks for helping, he never responded back to me. Bad management customer service.

  Una tienda con muy buena atención. Las colecciones las cambian y actualizan con frecuencia. Si tiene ofertas y descuentos. El servicio al cliente debe mejorar, sobre todo con mayor atención y paciencia. Facil acceso, parqueos asequibles.
