I entered the store about 25 minutes before closing, but was immediately told, “We’re closing in a few minutes.” When I asked if the official closing time was 8 PM, I was told, “We actually close earlier than that.” This felt like a polite way of asking me to leave. If that’s the case, then the store should update its closing hours on Google or coordinate with the mall to reflect the accurate time. For a brand like this, such behavior from the staff is simply disappointing. There were two employees—one blonde and one with black hair. The one with black hair spoke to me in this manner.
What’s more confusing is that they didn’t appear to be preparing for closing at all; no cleaning, no shutting down the registers, and they were still working on the floor as usual.
