  The male security guy, what’s wrong with you? Your attitude is so bad and impatient ! I wish I didn’t say hello and goodbye to you. Definitely, I will NOT come back again. Would rather spend money on other stores. Area manager should do something about it; I believe it’s not the first time he did that. Check it out- around 18:00 , on 22nd, sep., 2025.

  Dear Sirs, I bought the beach slippers from the Tommy Hilfiger Store at San Ysidro Outlet on the 8th or 9th of February 2025. The leather layer on the right foot slipper suddenly started to tear (pls see attached). The left foot slipper does not have this problem at the moment. I definitely believe that this problem is a product defect because I have only been using these slippers for 1.5 months. I am living outside of USA. but there is a Tommy Hilfiger store in my country (Turkiye). May I kindly ask you to send me a relevant e-mail address, which I can continue to communicate with the customer service for resolving my problem. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.
