  This store has by far 1 of the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. After working in retail again, I realized just how important customer service is + that every customer should be greeted/acknowledged. Every time I've been in this store, the employees never acknowledge me. They don't greet me, they don't ask how i'm doing or if I need help with anything. Instead, they're busy talking to each other and focusing on doing whatever task they're working on. It's even more unprofessional knowing that a majority of the employees that work here are older females. I'm always hesitant to stop by because I always feel as if some of the female employees act as if they're better than you. Otherwise, I love their clothing and accessories + would love to shop in here more often.
