  Had a great experience at Tommy Hilfiger. The lady at the fitting station counter was very helpful and did an excellent job. Made shopping easy and enjoyable.

  LADY MANAGER HERE CRYSTAL IS SO RUDE VERY BAD ATTITUDE TOWARD CUSTOMERS DIDNT EVEN TRY TO HELP AND UNDERSTAND THE GIFT RECEIPT ISSUE .. IM LOYAL TOMMY CUSTOMER FROM LAST 10 YEARS STRAIGHT NEVER EVER HAD THIS BAD EXPERIENCE AS IM INDIGENOUS I FELT RACISM…

  This shop is easily two or even three times larger than the one in Richmond, making for a much more relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience. Maybe it’s the spacious layout, but the staff here were all friendly and welcoming. When we looked a bit lost, someone came over with a smile and offered helpful advice. The product selection was also excellent, and from now on, this will be our go-to shop.
