  I recently visited the Tommy Hilfiger store at 34 Pinebush Rd, Cambridge, ON, and had a mixed experience. The store itself is well-organized, with a clean layout and a decent selection of classic sportswear and accessories, which is typical for the brand. The interior design is modern, and the staff seemed friendly enough, though not particularly attentive unless I approached them directly. I went in looking for a casual jacket, and while they had a variety of options, the sizes were a bit inconsistent—some items felt off in terms of fit compared to what was labeled. The pricing was as expected for a designer brand, neither a steal nor overly expensive, but I did notice a few items on sale that caught my eye. The checkout process was smooth, and the employee who assisted me was polite, though they didn’t offer much help beyond ringing up my purchase. I appreciated the option to browse at my own pace, but it would have been nice to get a bit more guidance on the latest styles or promotions. The store was quiet during my visit, which made shopping comfortable, but it also felt like the energy was a bit low. Overall, it’s a solid spot for Tommy Hilfiger fans, especially if you know what you’re looking for. I might return to check out future sales, but I wouldn’t go out of my way unless I needed something specific. It’s a middle-of-the-road experience—nothing exceptional, but not a complete disappointment either.

  I have been shopping at this location for years. I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice, sweet and professional employee. Her name is Danielle. She made the shopping experience very pleasant. I will definitely ask for Danielle next time. Wonderful employee's like her are hard to find.

  I recently had an absolutely delightful shopping experience at Tommy Hilfiger, prompted by a sale promotion I received via email, and I simply had to share how two of your esteemed team members elevated my visit into something truly memorable. My positive experience began with sales associate Jayraj. Though he was tasked with covering the Women's section, he didn't hesitate to pause his duties and offer exceptional assistance when I needed help locating a Men's shirt I found online. Jayraj was incredibly helpful and attentive, confirming the item's cost would be the same as advertised and even thoughtfully securing a change room for my son to try on the selections. His willingness to go above and beyond for a customer in a different department was commendable and set a wonderfully cheerful tone for my trip. The stellar service continued at checkout, where I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jas. He was an absolute beacon of positivity - so thoughtful, chatty, and wonderfully upbeat! Jas genuinely exuded a cheerful demeanor, transforming the transaction into a pleasant interaction. Furthermore, he proactively provided additional information, letting me know about the convenient return or exchange options for items I had purchased for my other son who was not present with me in-store. I left the store feeling happy and grateful for the experience, which was only made better by the outstanding customer service provided by Jayraj and Jas. Their combined efforts created a lasting positive impression. They are certainly a pleasure to deal with and valuable assets to your team!

  I love going to this location. This time, one of the male representative behaved very unprofessionally. When i went to him to ask to open the fitting room he just looked at me and made eye gesture as in saying, what do you want. I was so upset the whole time because of this. I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour and such entitlement. The lady on the counter was very sweet, giving 2 stars just for her
