  This fall jacket that my sister purchased yesterday was a great deal. Tommy Hillfiger is having a 50% off sale on outerwear. Right now if you are a Tommy club member you will save an additional 20%. This item is missing a few features like a drawstring on the hood and no inside pockets. The other design oddity is that the jacket has no draw string at the waist and the cuffs on the sleeves don't have a wind barrier.

  I’m deeply disturbed by the experience I had with your customer service, particularly with a representative named Ashley. Not only was she extremely rude and dismissive, but her behavior and tone crossed a line that I can only describe as blatantly racist. No customer should ever feel belittled, disrespected, or targeted based on their race or background — especially when reaching out for help. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any setting, and it reflects very poorly on your company as a whole.

  Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I visit the store for buying clothing. Very helpful and friendly. Last time I wanted to exchange some stuff. They were very nice. Excellent service thanks really appreciated.
