I had a very disappointing experience at Tommy Hilfiger today. I went in around 5 PM, well before closing time, hoping to try on a few dresses. To my surprise, the staff told me the fitting rooms were “temporarily closed” because they were understaffed. They didn’t even offer the courtesy of opening one for a few minutes so I could try things on, even though the store closes at 6 PM.
For a brand like Tommy Hilfiger, I expected much better customer service. Closing fitting rooms an hour before closing time without offering any alternative or assistance shows a lack of consideration for customers. I left frustrated and empty-handed, and I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again anytime soon.

They close the fitting rooms an hour before they close. The employees could care less.
