I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment my family and I received during our recent visit to your store.
We entered the store with relatives who were visiting as tourists. They made a purchase of over $1,600 USD in gifts.
When it came time to pay, we politely requested a small amount of hand sanitizer.
To our surprise, an employee immediately and abruptly took it away—almost snatching it from our hands—stating that it was for employees’ use only.
This incident was particularly upsetting because the family members making the purchase are elderly and simply wanted to disinfect their hands after touching several garments.
The employee’s actions, including grabbing the bottle and throwing it onto the back counter, felt not only extremely unprofessional but also discriminatory and racially motivated.
Such behavior is unacceptable, especially toward paying customers, and it left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome despite making a significant purchase.
I respectfully request that this incident be addressed promptly to ensure that no other customers experience similar treatment.

I wasn’t greeted when i walked in. At no point did anyone ask if i needed help finding anything. I asked for a fitting room and the associate said wait, walked right out and went to her break in her car. They are really rude here. I would give the review zero stars if it was an option.
