  Walked in no greeting no hello but associate was right at door ask for help with a perfume I wanted so I asked him to come over he instantly asked if I was ready to “check out” now this was within minutes of me entering the store. While fake helping us another person came over and asked him was he “ok” 😞😞😞he replied “yeah I got it” so myself and sister was confused. Come to find out that other person was the manager😂🤣😂what a joke. Anyway the associate wasn’t helpful at all I kept telling well I guess we don’t got it, so I asked to talk to manger well that same person we saw asking the associate was he ok come over and says “what do u need” smh how rude no nothing as in to say hi, or I’m the manger can I help u, or I heard u needed help with something no nothing, so started to explain what I need and was looking for and he too was rude as hell talking to myself and sister like we were illiterate saying well if u see girl that’s means woman and boy is man and and kept saying yeah yeah yeah, like he was doing alot at this point and was trying to get a reaction out of us. So my sister told him thats enough we have nothing else to talk about so he proceeded to put his hand out on a gesture like he was showing us how to read so my sister asked him to moved his hand please so she could put back one of the perfumes she had in her hand which he was blocking with this same hand gesture for no reason, he for some reason still stood there with his hand out for a min or so, so she proceeded to put the perfume on shelf and pick up her bags from previous shopping. While I was on the other side at this time I didn’t see him coming towards my way why did this man brush pass me in a way that it moved me and my bags, no excuse me, nothing. He knew there was no room for him to go through but for some reason he decided to agitated us (he knew what he was doing I don’t care what nobody says) racism was all over this place before I knew it I had my phone in his face and telling him to never touch me again because of way he brushed me do u know this man had the nerve to jump at me with one of his hands cuffed in a choking manner and was heading towards my neck and he stooped his self smh I would never shop here again in my life they just need to watch the cameras and look from every angle and zoom in. I’m applaud at this establishment.

  I do not even want to give 1 star after how I got treated by the manager of the store. The manager had no respect or manner on how to treat their costumers. I do not recommend going to this location at all because of the manager. I hope higher management take actions against him because he insulted a costumer.

  Unfortunately I have a bad experience with this store, I bought a couple jeans, tried on and assume all would be the same, but after a while I found that the other jeans had a factory defect, on leg is taller than the other, anyway I lost the tag and tried to return it with the receipt but the store manager reject that saying they don’t have way of identification for the jeans. Unhappy with this and would recommend making sure each item looks good before buying
