Worst customer service !!!!!!!!
I usually don’t write reviews, but today I felt the need to speak up because the experience was simply unacceptable.
We visited the Tommy Hilfiger outlet store today and bought a bunch of T-shirts for our cousins, fathers, and brothers for Father’s Day. When we arrived, there were two women and two men working. One man wore glasses, one seemed to be the manager, one of the women was with glasses , and the other man was Black.
Out of all of them, only the Black gentleman showed good customer service. He was friendly, smiled, and was genuinely eager to help. The other two employees – the man with the glasses, and the other woman with glasses– acted like they didn’t want to be there at all. Their body language and facial expressions made it clear that they weren’t interested in helping us. It honestly felt like they were more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers.
I don’t know if it was personal, or if there were racial undertones involved, but I truly felt unwelcome. It was disappointing because we came in to spend money and support the business. Yet, no one approached us to offer help, or even smile. The attitude from the staff, aside from the one helpful gentleman, was completely unprofessional.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When people come to shop and do business with you, they deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation. It’s your job to assist customers — not to show attitude or make them feel like a burden. If someone doesn’t like working there, then perhaps they should reconsider their position.
