There was an issue with the glass in the truck but tomball tinters communicated the issue and was able to still make it happen and deliver a quality product with phenomenal service. We will now be bringing all of our service trucks for them to tint. Thank you TT for everything. We appreciate it!
- ECElicio CatalanAug 12, 20251.0Very poor customer service. The lady in the front seemed frustrated at my 5-7 questions about tint in general. I’ve never had a car tinted so I was genuinely curious. When the car was finally getting taken back by the older man, probably her husband, I made a comment, that I wanted to get a recording of the car first, but since I was too late, I was keeping the faith it wouldn’t be damaged. The lady turned around and rudely told me I was too concerned about the tint and is damaging your car. I told her it was recommended to me (to get a video or photos of the car) and that if it was any other place, I’d done the same. She walked me to the garage, told the man I wanted to record my car, and he said he was “not dealing with this” then drove my car out and left it for me to leave. Sure they may have done a good job, but some of us prefer to support businesses with good customer service, in addition to doing a good job. With that being said, I’m sitting in Pro1 Window Tint and the gentleman here could not be nicer. I’ve seen 2 cars leave with amazing tint results. Expecting mine to look just as nice.

- GBGarrett ButlerJun 28, 20255.0You are making a mistake if you do not come to Tomball Tinters for window tint! The only place that tints all of my vehicles as well as all of my families vehicles. My family and I have been using them for years (probably tinted 15 vehicles). Great customer service, tint that I have never had an issue with, and friendly to work with.
