Tom was so helpful with an emergency issue on a Saturday. Tom has decades of RV service experience. He was professional and courteous to deal with. Repair prices were fair for the work performed. Highly recommend!

Tom does business the old fashioned way. He listens, thinks about it, tells you what he thinks, and shakes your hand. He helped me out tremendously! This place now has a new loyal customer in me.

During our first trip with our newly installed Blue Oxe Air Force 1 we encountered an issue with loosing battery power on our Ford Truck after 3 hours of towing it behind our RV. We arrived in Alburquerque NM and searched for an RV Repair service. Luckily we found Tom's RV Service. They were able to schedule us in within 24 hours. Tom's team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue which was a bent prong on the pigtail. Tom and his entire team are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We wish there was a Tom' s RV service in our hometown.

We had a battery box fall on diesel pusher on last leg of 6K mile trip. Limped into Albuquerque, checked reviews, Tom's RV took us in even though they were swamped. Made us priority, did quality work, reasonable price, and nice folks to boot. We were in a pickle and they went way of their way to get us back on the road and home safe. In fact, next time in that direction I plan to schedule more (non-emergency) work with them. They could have blown us off or fleeced us....but they were honest and even kind.
After my Camplite pop up trailer cable broke, I called Tom's upon recommendation from a Big RV dealer, just before Memorial Day 2013. I initially spoke with Tom on the phone, and felt like he was very reasonable. But, with the big camping weekend coming up he asked me to wait and bring it in the following week. Not a problem.
When I called back a week later, I get Eileen on the phone and she tells me they cant see the trailer for another 4 weeks. Okay, I can do that.. I wait 4 weeks, and bring them the Camplite, expecting an official estimate in short order.
I call back after 2 weeks wondering about the estimate. Eileen apologizes for the delay. I call back again in another week, Eileen apologizes again. Another week, another call, another apology. I waited another 3 days, called, no estimate. I returned to get my pop-up and find another repair shop.
My initial call was May 20th 2013 and I picked up my camper August 2nd.
Over 2 months of waiting just to get an estimate is not reasonable. I guess my little cable repair job was not important enough for Eileen to provide decent customer service.
