  This 5-star review is for the designer, Becky! She is amazing—patient, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and always goes the extra mile to ensure we are satisfied with our selections! I did a lot of homework and had thousands of questions! Becky answered them one by one, and her professionalism is beyond exceptional. She even let us come in early for our appointments because she wanted us to have enough time to make the perfect decisions! Thank you, Becky! As for the design center, it is a nice facility, but the available options are somewhat limited, especially the appliance package, which frustrated us the most. I hope TB will offer more freedom and choices for their customers—we are paying so much, and we want everything to be as perfect as possible!

  I just purchased a Toll Brothers home in August and have called and emailed their customer service lines multiple times to inquire about replacement molding. It's been more than 3 weeks with multiple messages left and no one has responded.
