  Hey folks, So, here’s the lowdown on our experience with Toll Brothers. Buckle up, I’ll keep it short! First off, let’s talk about the hiccup – the constructor manager had a bit of a slip-up with the lot number. Yep, you read that right. They started construction on the wrong lot! Beside that, there was a four-month freeze off construction process, a lot of issues and concerns that were sometimes addressed, sometimes no. Needless to say, we were not thrilled. But hey, every cloud has a silver lining, right? Once they swapped out the manager, things started to look up. The new manager was like a breath of fresh air. Suddenly, everything fell back into place, and our dream home started taking shape. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait. Our home? Top-notch quality. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The manager did a great job! Now, here’s the cherry on top. Throughout this rollercoaster ride, we had something that kept us sane – usepicky dot com app, a home construction management tool built for homeowners. This little lifesaver helped us to wrangle all the issues during construction and even after we moved in. It’s like having a superhero for homeownership dramas! So yeah, if you’re on the lookout for a construction company that delivers quality and has your back, give Toll Brothers a shout.   Never buy from toll brothers!!! If you have outstanding issues after you close they will not come back at 11 months and fix them. They will just give you the runaround, especially if you get the pleasure of working with Doug who is the biggest liar I have ever dealt with. I don’t know how they keep this guy employed.
