If there were negative stars I’d choose that. Toll north Florida doesn’t not care at all. We suffered with mold for months after they claimed they fixed it. They don’t want to have a discussion about it either. They came back out finally after my entire family got sick from the mold and “fixed” it again. Of course I’m skeptical considering the first “fix”. Now I’m waiting as they attempt to clean a carpet for the fourth time that they stained. Along with chipped wood floors. Don’t even get me started with the customer service reps who are sarcastic and rude. I emailed Greg Netro the president of the north Florida division who never wrote back naturally. I got a few emails from his assistant who could again care less what we were put through. Class action mold lawsuits against Toll, so many complaints about issues with homes.

To date, not even 1 star happy. Zero confidence in our new building and zero confidence in the construction team supers. Let's see how this next few weeks shake out prior to closing. May have to bring our Attorney into the mix to bring sound resolution to this purchase. We regret having invested in this company with our dollars and time spent micro-managing to get this house completed at the 14 month mark. Depending on the outcome to close depends on my final review. Very sad for a small home. As of today's tc no change, they want to "patch up" the project sloppiness. NO change in our position either. Will never refer this co. To anyone for a new home...update 3/15/24, to our surprise, we are nearing the finish line! Today was an impressive recovery for the last several months of disappointment.we are on target to close with minimal issues next week.Our confidence is back! We have complete faith in Clint and new to this home, Chris Buffington on outstanding issues. 3/27/24 update:We are closed! Singing praises for Harrison, Rikki, Clint and Chris B.(the new guy on the block).these 4 are superstars! Love this group. We still have some major things to be completed but communication is the key to these items being wrapped.

Nothing about the building process with toll was great. Yes we understand that we built during a pandemic but communication was not good during the process. Took us 18 months from contract to closing and the estimated time frame given was 10-12 months. During our walk through we pointed out things to get done prior to closing and nothing on our punch list got done. We are still having to chase them down two months after closing to see when things will get fix/replaced. I advise not to close unless everything is done to your standards and not their luxury perfect quality. We were promised from Barbara (area sales manager) and Chris (area production manager) that our issues would be solved within their 30 days with the builder before anything goes to warranty. Beware on believing anything they say just to have you close like they did to us.
