  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with sales representative Jordan at your Lakewood Ranch property. I am a cash buyer, but unfortunately, I received misleading information and discriminatory treatment during the process. Firstly, Jordan failed to disclose that the property I was interested in had already been booked, despite continuing to encourage me to sign the agreement. It wasn’t until we were preparing to sign that she acknowledged the property had been reserved by another client. To cover up this error, Jordan attempted to shift blame onto me by making false and defamatory statements, questioning my credibility as a buyer. Additionally, her attitude drastically changed, and she began to bring up issues such as the agent's commission, further discouraging me from proceeding. Furthermore, I believe the decision to withhold the agent's commission based on the fact that my agency viewed the property before I did is discriminatory, particularly as I am an Asian client. This behavior is unacceptable. I expect a formal apology from Jordan for her actions. I will also be escalating this issue to senior management at Toll Brothers. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
