Mark was nice enough to make himself available instead of passing a message along and assured he can help me as well. I expressed my concerns about my premium thinking it was too high, he explained to me the type of coverage I had and why he couldn't change anything about it. However he still found a way to get my premiums down by giving me a homeowners and car insurance discount that I had no idea I qualified for, I just wish I was told about it earlier, but Mark went above and beyond by asking que right questions and making sure I had all the discounts I could possibly have, thank you Mark for helping me save a few hundred bucks!

My recent inquiry was regarding an annual premium for a policy. Mark swiftly addressed my concerns, offered different options and coverage to help address our premiums.
